ORAL HEALTH WEEK [MARCH 21-MARCH26]

ORGANISED BY DEPT.OF PERIODONTICS & DEPT. OF PUBLIC HEALTH DENTISTRY DAY 1 : Dental camp at Punnekkad. Day 2 LA FIESTA: Celebrated with active participation of students....face painting..quiz,rangoli,poem writing and skit. Day 3: class on sterilization & disinfection and importance of oral hygiene maintenance was given to chair side assignment by Dr Annie V Issac department of Periodontics St Gregorios Dental College. Day 4:Chief guest of the day was Dr Subramanian R (HOD Department of community dentistry Indira Gandhi dental college Nellikuzhi) who gave a talk on Oral disease burden and oral health work force in India. An Introspection. Online E poster competition conducted as a part of oral health week celebration. 45 participants from 15 dental colleges across Kerala participated.
