OBJECTIVES
- To organize workshops and training programs to enhance pedagogical and clinical teaching skills.
- To promote research activities and assist faculty in grant writing and publication processes.
- To evaluate faculty performance and identify areas for improvement through structured feedback systems.
- To establish collaborations with other institutions for faculty exchange programs.
- To ensure adherence to ethical guidelines in teaching, research, and patient care.
