It is run by Malankara Jacobite Syrian Christian Education Trust- under the Jacobite Syrian Christian Church- a non-profit organization, dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in the realm of education. H.B. Baselios Thomas I Catholicose is the Chairman of the Trust assisted by a team of renowned professionals and educationists. There are four other institutions , evoking a positive response to a new heritage , under the same management namely B.P.C College Piravam, B.P.S College Piramadom, P.I.Z Training College Malecruz and St. Thomas College Punthencruz.
