Internal Complaint Committee

  • To provide a safe environment that ensures all stakeholders in the college community feel respected, supported and free from any form of harassment or discrimination
  • To implement measures to prevent, address, and eliminate all forms of harassment, discrimination and misconduct based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or any other characteristic
  • To educate faculty, staff and students about their rights and responsibilities regarding gender equity, diversity and inclusion within the dental college
  • To establish clear channels and procedures for reporting incidents of harassment, discrimination or misconduct ensuring confidentiality, sensitivity and fairness throughout the process.
  • To offer support services and resources to individuals who have experienced harassment or discrimination, including counselling, legal assistance and other forms of support as needed
  • To implement policies and initiatives that promote gender equity and equal opportunities for all members of the dental college community, including recruitment, hiring, promotion and professional development
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies and procedures, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
